Three times a year you shall celebrate a feast to Me. You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread; for seven days you are to eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. And none shall appear before Me empty-handed. Also you shall observe the Feast of the Harvest of the first fruits of your labors from what you sow in the field; also the Feast of the Ingathering at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your labors from the field. Three times a year all your males shall appear before YHVH. (Exodus 23:14-17)
Brothers and Sisters!
The above commandment is pretty clear: three times per year we are to gather. A few of us have been gathering during Unleavened Bread per the commandments for a few years and some have started to have gatherings. This is a blessing and we feel the brethren should be doing this on a much larger scale. It is hard for people to take off a whole week (or more) multiple times per year, so this year, we are planning to have a gathering in the KC area to allow the local believers a place to keep the commandment.
We have already booked the following musicians:
The Bailey Family
We are planning right now for the biggest gatherings to be April 14-17, the weekend during ULB, and this is when the above musicians will be performing.
We need to get an idea of attendance so we can make sure to put on the event at a properly sized venue. Please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in attending with us for this Unleavened Bread gathering. If you know someone who might like to attend, please share this post with them and have them contact us.
